Hi!

Hi! I’m Scottish, I lived in London for 15 years & am now back home. I’ve always loved drawing, I’m self-taught, it’s just something I have to do – so stand aside!

I currently work in a lab, I used to be a secretary and was also a childminder/playgroup/creche worker. I’m learning pastels and would ultimately love to illustrate children’s books.

My art CV consists of having had pastel paintings exhibited at Chatelherault Arts Festival 2008, 2009 & 2010, two of my photos were in the Hue & Cry Open Soul Open Road 2009 tour booklet, one of my photos is in The Mighty Kung Fu’s latest CD insert (an up-and-coming band from Kilmarnock who have supported The Enemy) & they’re using two of my artworks on their Myspace music player for their tracks “Stranger” & “Old Before My Time” :- !linked text! I’ve also had lots of my work featured in various sites here on Redbubble, including having some of my work “published” in the on-line Pink Panther magazine, which has all been so exciting!

I also had pastel paintings in the East Kilbride Arts Centre Exhibition 2009 & 2010 and in the East Kilbride Glebe Street Exhibition in 2010 – I’m just having fun being creative again.

But it’s all in the eye of the beholder, so I hope you like what you see!
